Consulting areas and where we work.
Cipher Labs is an independent consultancy. We analyse a company’s data and build the software that analysis depends on, in the same engagement. Pick the area closest to your situation, or just write to us.
Consulting areas
- Data analytics consulting
Independent data analytics consulting. We find the few numbers that decide what happens next, state the uncertainty, and build the software to keep it running.
- Power BI and dashboard consulting
Power BI and Apache Superset consulting. Dashboards and reporting written for the person who decides, on data models that hold up in daily use.
- dbt and data warehouse consulting
dbt and data warehouse consulting on PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Databricks, and Snowflake. Tested, documented models and SQL pipelines the company owns.
- Custom internal software
Custom business software the company owns: internal tools, data pipelines, automation, and reporting, built by the same team that does the analysis.
- Forecasting and risk analytics
Forecasting and risk analytics from an actuarial background. Projections stated as ranges with the assumptions listed, so they can be checked, not just trusted.
