Remote data analytics consulting, worldwide.
Most of our analysis and build work is done remotely, so where a company is based matters less than whether we can work in its systems. We take on remote engagements with companies outside Southern Africa.
We work in English on South African Standard Time (UTC+2), which overlaps the full UK and European working day and the morning on the US East Coast. You deal directly with the people doing the work, by email and video call, not through an account manager.
What we do remotely
- Data analytics consulting for a specific decision
- dbt models and data warehouses on Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or PostgreSQL
- Power BI and Apache Superset dashboards
- Forecasting and risk analysis with the uncertainty stated as a range
- Custom internal tools, pipelines, and automation
- Written scope, artefacts, and stop conditions before the work starts
When companies call us in
Extra senior capacity
Your data team is stretched and needs someone who can own a piece of analysis or a warehouse build end to end.
No data team at all
You need the analysis and the software, but not a full-time hire.
A fixed-scope project
A dashboard, a model, or a pipeline with a clear finished state, written down before we start.
How the engagement runs
- 01Diagnose. We name the decision, and say what is already good enough to act on.
- 02Analyse or build. Analysis, software, or both. We write down time and scope before starting.
- 03Ship. A read people can use, or a system the company can run.
- 04Review. We sit with the people who decide, then agree what to watch next.

Common questions
How do remote engagements work day to day?
Email for the written record, video calls for the diagnostic, scoping, and review, and access to the systems we need to work in. Time and scope are written down before the work starts.
What time zone do you work in?
South African Standard Time, UTC+2. That overlaps the full UK and European working day and the morning on the US East Coast.
How much does it cost?
We quote after a short diagnostic conversation, not from a price list, because the right shape of the work depends on what is actually broken. Time, scope, and stop conditions are written down before the work starts. There is no quote, and no charge, for the first conversation.
Who owns what you build?
The company does. Code, models, dashboards, and documentation are handed over. It is not a product you rent from us or a service you have to keep paying us to run.
